Director of Product Marketing & Brand

About the role

SysAid is seeking a senior marketing leader to own its market narrative, brand identity, and the content engine that fuels both. Reporting to the CMO, you will guide a multidisciplinary team of seven specialists across product marketing, content, creative, design, communications, partner marketing, and field marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a single source of truth messaging framework that guides sales conversations, analyst briefings, campaigns, and press interactions.
• Shape and enforce brand standards, tone of voice, visual identity, and creative asset templates.
• Translate product releases, market shifts, and competitive moves into rapid, cross‑functional messaging updates.
• Lead the communications and PR strategy, managing press, analyst relations, and industry conversations.
• Collaborate with Growth, Sales, and Product teams to activate narratives across all channels and drive pipeline.
• Oversee the content infrastructure that powers SysAid’s AI‑driven marketing engine, ensuring high‑quality inputs for downstream output.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading product marketing and brand functions, preferably having executed a company repositioning.
• Track record of building messaging frameworks that withstand pressure from sales and product teams.
• Demonstrated ability to grow and mentor specialists who later lead their own functions.
• Strategic mindset with curiosity about how AI can be leveraged as infrastructure for marketing.
