Director of Growth Marketing (B2B SaaS)

About the role

We are seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to lead and scale the global growth engine of a leading B2B SaaS platform. The role combines strategic vision with hands‑on execution, driving pipeline generation, conversion, and measurable revenue impact across a complex, enterprise‑focused market.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a global growth marketing strategy focused on pipeline, conversion, and revenue growth.
• Lead, develop, and scale a team of roughly 10 marketers across demand generation, operations, and analytics.
• Build and optimize inbound and outbound demand generation programs across digital channels.
• Own marketing operations, automation, attribution, analytics, and end‑to‑end funnel optimization.
• Implement AI tools and workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance.
• Drive website growth through SEO, conversion‑rate optimization, and overall digital experience.
• Establish scalable processes, systems, and measurement frameworks to support global expansion.
• Partner closely with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, and senior leadership to align initiatives with business objectives.

Required profile

• 8+ years of B2B technology marketing experience, with a strong focus on growth and demand generation.
• Proven track record of generating measurable pipeline and improving marketing performance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high‑performing marketing teams.
• Deep understanding of complex enterprise sales cycles and B2B SaaS environments.
• Experience marketing solutions to enterprise and/or government customers is a plus.
