Director of Brand & Communications

About the role

Reindeer is building an agentic AI platform that transforms complex business workflows into AI‑powered operations. We are seeking a Director of Brand & Communications to create and own our brand narrative from the ground up. This full‑time hybrid position in Tel Aviv reports directly to leadership and works closely with the founders to shape how the company is perceived worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own Reindeer’s positioning, voice, and brand system across all campaigns, channels, and touchpoints.
• Conceptualise and execute brand campaigns, from big‑idea development to asset creation and multi‑channel rollout.
• Set editorial vision and voice guidelines to ensure consistent, on‑brand content at scale.
• Lead press narrative, crafting messaging, story angles, and talking points for media pitches and interviews.
• Collaborate with a PR agency to secure earned coverage that aligns with the brand story.
• Own social‑media strategy and execution for both the company and its founders, building a steady, distinctive presence.
• Elevate founder and executive visibility through bylines, podcasts, panels, and curated speaking opportunities.
• Hire, develop, and lead the brand and communications function, establishing standards for all external representation.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in communications, public relations, brand, content, editorial, journalism, or a founder role.
• Hands‑on strategic operator who thrives in early‑stage startup environments.
• Proven ability to create structure where none exists and to partner closely with product, sales, and leadership.
• Strong storytelling instincts and a track record of building brand systems that scale.
