Director, Corporate Marketing

About the role

The Director, Corporate Marketing leads how accessiBe tells its story across every external touchpoint, shaping brand narrative, content, and campaigns while overseeing analyst, press, community and advocacy relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Own the holistic brand narrative across all channels and ensure consistent brand direction.
• Lead integrated campaign strategy, connecting research, webinars, demand‑gen and brand initiatives to pipeline and brand outcomes.
• Provide brief and direct design guidance to keep brand expression consistent across assets.
• Partner as a peer with product marketing and demand generation, sharing accountability for commercial results.
• Incorporate market and competitive intelligence into planning and tie corporate marketing activity to pipeline.
• Run analyst relations and PR programs, including communications for senior leaders.
• Manage online reputation and oversee community, advocacy, and influencer strategies with disability organizations and advisory boards.
• Execute hands‑on work, leveraging AI/LLM tooling for content creation and workflow optimization.
• Balance competing priorities while mentoring and developing a team of specialists.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in brand, corporate, or integrated marketing with direct ownership of brand strategy and positioning.
• Proven track record leading end‑to‑end integrated campaigns across paid, earned, and owned channels.
• Experience managing analyst relations and public‑relations programs.
• Hands‑on leadership style with the ability to mentor a lean, specialist team.
• Fluency in AI/LLM tooling for content creation and workflow improvement.
