Digital Marketing Manager – Paid Advertising & Lead Generation

About the role

Buildots is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to own and scale paid‑media campaigns that drive brand awareness and high‑quality leads for its AI‑powered construction intelligence platform.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads and other B2B platforms, focusing on lead generation and pipeline growth.
• Develop audience segmentation strategies and run A/B tests on creatives, messaging and targeting.
• Monitor, measure and report ROI and key performance indicators using HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4 and AI tools.
• Continuously improve conversion paths to maximise lead capture and engagement.
• Manage budgets, timelines and campaign execution with Asana and Google Sheets.
• Collaborate with growth, content and design teams to enhance landing pages, website assets and ad content.
• Research and implement new marketing technologies to boost team efficiency.

Required profile

• 2+ years of in‑house or agency experience in growth, demand generation or performance marketing for B2B SaaS or similar tech companies.
• Proven hands‑on expertise managing LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta and YouTube Ads, including programmatic advertising.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4 or comparable tools.
• Excellent project‑management and operational abilities with high attention to detail.
• Native‑level English proficiency and a geek‑mindset.
