Digital Manager (Maternity Leave Cover)

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Manager to cover a maternity leave at ROOMS by Fattal. The role will lead all digital activities, from strategy to execution, driving data‑powered growth across our coworking and boutique hotel brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a holistic digital marketing strategy covering SEO, PPC, social, content, automation and more.
• Manage digital budgets to maximise ROI and ROAS.
• Lead multi‑channel paid campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms, continuously optimising performance.
• Own and improve digital assets such as the website, landing pages and conversion rate optimisation initiatives.
• Identify challenges, propose creative solutions and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Coordinate external suppliers, agencies and freelancers to ensure seamless execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align digital initiatives with overall business goals.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing management.
• Proven ability to manage significant advertising budgets and deliver measurable results.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Hands‑on experience with SEO, CRO and analytics tools such as GA4, Tag Manager and Hotjar.
• High technical understanding and capability to lead cross‑functional projects.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for turning data into actionable insights.
• Creative, innovative and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent multitasking skills and ability to balance priorities.
