Digital Learning Developer

About the role

The Digital Learning Developer will join a multidisciplinary team to design, develop, and implement digital learning solutions for a leading Israeli technology group. The role focuses on creating both macro‑level learning programs and micro‑learning assets, while ensuring seamless collaboration with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop digital learning, training, and implementation materials as part of a collaborative team.
• Create macro‑learning structures and micro‑learning modules, including detailed "Cracking" documentation.
• Manage training development projects, coordinating interfaces with suppliers and clients.
• Leverage generative AI tools to produce text, video, and audio learning content.

Required profile

• Relevant educational background.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in instructional development, covering both macro and micro learning creation.
• Proven experience using generative AI tools for content creation.
• Experience working in large organizations and engaging senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• High‑level proficiency with Storyline.
• Video creation tools such as Powtoon.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Expertise in generative AI tools for text, video, and sound.
