DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join the Checkmarx One Engines group. You will improve the development lifecycle, accelerate feature delivery to production, and help build our next‑generation cloud platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and CircleCI.
• Automate and manage AWS infrastructure, including IAM, cost optimization and scaling.
• Deploy, monitor and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters in production environments.
• Develop infrastructure as code with Terraform.
• Write and maintain scripts in Bash, Python or JavaScript to support automation.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate Golang, gRPC, Redis, PostgreSQL and Docker services into the platform.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Kubernetes for container orchestration and production troubleshooting.
• Deep knowledge of AWS services, infrastructure design, automation and cost management.
• Proven experience with GitHub Enterprise and GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with CircleCI and CircleCI Orbs (advantage).
• Experience with Terraform or other IaC tools.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python or JavaScript.
• Good understanding of networking, observability and security best practices.
