DevOps Engineer – Automation & Bare‑Metal Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, automate, and maintain the bare‑metal infrastructure that powers our next‑generation storage solutions. You will work in a fast‑paced, technology‑focused environment, collaborating with distributed teams to ensure reliable build and deployment pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Build and sustain bare‑metal infrastructure using cutting‑edge hardware.
• Continuously improve CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
• Participate in R&D activities, including development, integration, verification, and performance testing of storage products.
• Maintain source‑control systems and manage configuration across environments.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience creating CI/CD processes (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and a strong passion for automation.
• Hands‑on experience with hardware‑centric, bare‑metal environments.
• Proficiency in Python programming (2+ years).
• Solid background with Linux distributions (CentOS, Ubuntu, SLES, RedHat) and scripting languages (Bash, Ruby, Groovy).
• Knowledge of virtualization (QEMU/KVM) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible.
• Familiarity with source‑control platforms (GitHub, GitLab, Gerrit) and Linux packaging formats (.rpm.deb).
• Higher education in IT or a related technical field.
