Delivery Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Delivery Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of Zeroport’s secure remote‑access product, from on‑site installation through to operational hand‑over in highly secure environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full product delivery process, including installations, configurations, testing and ongoing maintenance.
• Perform hands‑on installations of hardware and software components on servers and virtual environments.
• Oversee field installations and provide technical support as needed.
• Prepare and deliver systems according to customer‑specific documentation, checklists and part‑number records.
• Coordinate pre‑installation planning with clients to ensure site readiness.
• Collaborate with R&D to ensure smooth integration and product delivery.
• Monitor project progress, track delivery status with project‑management tools and ensure timely completion.
• Manage post‑delivery support, troubleshoot issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate delivery projects across international markets, requiring cross‑cultural collaboration and travel (≈40%).

Required profile

• Strong technical background with experience in server rooms, virtual environments and network/communication system configuration.
• Proven ability to manage complex delivery projects and lead technical teams.
• Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 40%) and work with global clients.
• Excellent organizational skills for documentation and version control.
