Data Center IT Technician (L2) – Shift Work

About the role

Nebius is seeking an L2 IT Technician to support and maintain large‑scale GPU clusters in a data‑center environment. The role focuses on advanced troubleshooting of high‑performance server hardware, handling L1/L2 tickets, and collaborating with infrastructure engineers to improve SLA performance.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues on servers and GPU clusters.
• Handle L1/L2 support tickets, execute workarounds and solutions.
• Report incidents to hardware problem management and update documentation.
• Collaborate with IT infrastructure engineers and L3 technicians to optimise diagnostics and reduce resolution times.
• Maintain and improve support processes, documentation, and training materials.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting and support tasks.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of datacenters and server equipment.
• Advanced experience in IT hardware troubleshooting, especially with GPU clusters.
• Proficiency with Unix/Linux command line and equipment monitoring tools.
• Ability to analyse data, create presentations and drive proactive solutions.
• High proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Willingness to work day and night shifts (compensated).
• Bonus: advanced network equipment knowledge and a B‑type driving licence.
