Data Analyst (Hybrid)

About the role

ProdActive is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join its R&D team in Israel. This hybrid position involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support product development for the healthcare sector. You will work closely with management to turn data insights into actionable improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret data and perform statistical analysis to generate ongoing reports.
• Develop and maintain databases, data collection systems, and analytics pipelines.
• Conduct gap analysis on existing data and identify new data sources.
• Acquire data from multiple sources, clean and filter datasets, and resolve code issues.
• Prioritize business and information needs with management.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities and support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.

Required skills

• Data modeling and database design.
• Data mining and segmentation techniques.
• Reporting tools such as BusinessObjects.
• SQL database querying.
• Programming knowledge in XML, JavaScript, and ETL frameworks.
• Statistical packages: Excel, SPSS, SAS.
• Query writing, report writing, and presentation of findings.
