Cybersecurity Incident Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Incident Manager to lead our incident response team. The role involves coordinating investigations of sophisticated attacks, performing forensic analysis, and delivering clear, professional reports to senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage and coordinate incident response efforts across the organization.
• Participate in forensic and incident response investigations, including large‑scale, sophisticated attacks.
• Conduct log analysis and host‑ and network‑based forensics.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams during investigations.
• Generate and present comprehensive reports of findings.
• Serve as the primary point of contact during major incidents and develop strategies to minimize impact.

Required profile

• BSc in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in information security, network security, incident response or a similar role.
• Deep technical understanding of network fundamentals and common Internet protocols.
• Comprehensive knowledge of system and security controls in operating systems.
• Familiarity with cloud services, firewalls and threat detection technologies.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCNA, CISO or CISA are a plus.
