Customer Service Specialist

About the role

The One Source Customer Service Specialist ensures seamless operations and high customer satisfaction by managing order processing, quotation coordination, and data integrity across DSV’s global logistics network. The role blends order‑management duties with data‑quality oversight, supporting supply‑chain analytics to drive performance.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Global One Source team to understand client business needs and adhere to One Source policies.
• Coordinate customer orders and request‑for‑quotation (RFQ) processes, using and maintaining required web interfaces.
• Validate completeness and accuracy of customer‑provided data for orders and quotations.
• Initiate internal order processing and sourcing, generate and communicate quotations, and maintain ERP tools.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer requests, status updates, and pricing discussions.
• Manage day‑to‑day business relationships, handling pricing within the ERP system and aligning quoting strategy with the Purchasing team.
• Monitor sales‑order status to ensure timely release of purchase orders and resolve data or process issues.

Required profile

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work with domestic and international stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on data accuracy and process compliance.
• Analytical mindset to support supply‑chain performance analytics.
• Experience in logistics or transport environments is preferred.
