Customer Service Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Manager for our Modiin site to lead technical and logistical service delivery. The role oversees the full lifecycle of customer equipment, from delivery through repair and end‑of‑life, ensuring high availability and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical responses and professional support in coordination with engineering and operations teams.
• Manage receipt, repair, and return of equipment from customers.
• Plan materials and equipment for procurement and preventive maintenance.
• Conduct daily and weekly calls with customers to deliver status updates and guarantee system availability.
• Coordinate overseas shipments and close the service loop, working with import/export functions.
• Collaborate continuously with program managers, ILS, engineering, production planning, procurement, quality, and subcontractors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or Practical Engineer in the same field (advantage).
• Previous experience in an industrial environment, preferably in operational or business domains (advantage).
• Familiarity with UAV systems (advantage).
• Full proficiency in English.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, customer‑oriented approach.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of UAV system basics (advantage).
