Customer Service Agent (Hybrid)

About the role

Global-e is looking for a Customer Service Agent to provide fast, efficient front‑line support to both merchants and end‑customers. Working in a hybrid model, you will split your time between the Petah Tikva office and remote work, ensuring service levels are met and contributing to continuous improvement of the support process.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound communications with merchants and customers, maintaining high quality and speed.
• Meet daily KPIs and adhere to established SLAs, escalating issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with the Team Leader to identify urgent problems and propose procedural enhancements.
• Document and report recurring issues to help refine the overall service offering.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Positive, "can‑do" attitude with the ability to manage a high‑volume workload accurately.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical mindset.
• Willingness to work three days per week on‑site in Petah Tikva.
