Customer Operations Specialist

About the role

Tourist Israel is seeking a proactive Customer Operations Specialist to act as the primary liaison between our visitors, suppliers, and internal teams across the Middle East. You will own end‑to‑end operational tasks, identify friction points, and deliver fast, solution‑driven service that enhances the overall guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers and suppliers, handling inquiries and issues promptly.
• Manage daily operational workflows, ensuring smooth coordination between logistics, sales, and support teams.
• Identify and resolve process bottlenecks to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain consistent service standards.
• Track performance metrics and provide regular reports on operational health.

Required profile

• Fluent in Hebrew and professional proficiency in English.
• Strong customer‑facing mindset with excellent communication abilities.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven ability to manage projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
