Customer Fulfilment Manager – Manufacturing & Supply

About the role

As a Customer Fulfilment Manager within Sanofi's Manufacturing & Supply team in Israel, you will ensure that life‑changing treatments reach patients seamlessly. You will drive end‑to‑end fulfilment operations, collaborating with sales, logistics partners and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily customer fulfilment operations and coordinate Sales & Operations Execution activities.
• Monitor inventory levels, anticipate shortages up to four weeks in advance and apply short‑term stock management.
• Make critical decisions during shortage situations, including product allocation, backorder prioritisation and substitution proposals.
• Coordinate with 4PL logistics partners to guarantee timely and accurate deliveries.
• Track and report end‑to‑end fulfilment performance using defined KPIs, conduct root‑cause analysis and drive continuous improvement.
• Support month‑end closing, preparing consolidation data for stock‑in‑trade and sell‑in/sell‑out reporting.
• Gather and manage out‑of‑stock issues, enabling transparent communication through the Supply Chain Customer Engagement team.

Required profile

• Solid background in customer fulfilment, supply chain operations or order management, preferably in biopharma or healthcare.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
