Customer Account Coordinator

About the role

Ultra Clean Technology is seeking a Customer Account Coordinator to support its Israel‑based customers. The role involves creating and maintaining customer accounts, providing accurate order information, and handling product‑related inquiries through the company’s ERP and CRM systems.

Key responsibilities

• Create new customer accounts and keep contact information up to date.
• Provide timely and accurate order status, product knowledge, and billing information to customers.
• Process orders, changes, returns and billing using the Ham‑Let ERP/CRM (SAP) system.
• Enter phone leads, contacts, cases and customer activity into the ERP/CRM platform.
• Partner with the sales team to meet and exceed service expectations.
• Share feedback and lessons learned with internal departments for rapid issue resolution.

Required profile

• Proven ability to solve practical problems and work with limited standardisation.
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Strong communication, active listening and independent as well as team‑oriented work style.
• High proficiency in written and spoken Hebrew and English.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel and Word.
• SAP ERP (Ham‑Let) system.
• CRM software for case and activity management.
