About the role

We are an established startup seeking a Content Writers Manager to lead our in‑house writing team. You will review, edit, and refine articles to meet our quality and SEO standards while providing full training and ongoing support to develop a high‑performing content operation.

Key responsibilities

• Review and edit articles produced by the content writers.
• Provide detailed feedback, track revisions, and ensure each piece reaches the required quality level.
• Verify that all content complies with our SEO guidelines.
• Manage the writer team, including hiring new talent and addressing performance issues.

Required profile

• High‑level English proficiency (spoken and written) – mandatory.
• Strong communication skills.

• Prior marketing experience is a plus but not required.
