Content Manager – Remote (Israel)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Content Manager to lead the content strategy and SEO for two digital brands based in Israel. The role combines editorial planning, production, optimisation and website management with people‑leadership responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the content strategy and editorial calendar across both websites, prioritising service pages, articles, case studies and landing pages.
• Recruit, brief, manage and mentor writers and editors, reviewing work and rewriting content when needed.
• Oversee the full content lifecycle from research and assignment through design, SEO validation, approval, publication and ongoing optimisation.
• Maintain website content in the CMS, ensuring accuracy, mobile‑friendliness, proper metadata, links and calls‑to‑action.
• Lead SEO initiatives including keyword research, competitor analysis, content audits, on‑page optimisation, internal linking and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate technical SEO tasks with developers such as crawling, indexing, redirects, canonical tags, XML sitemaps and Core Web Vitals.
• Manage ethical link‑building and digital PR campaigns to earn authoritative coverage.
• Use AI tools responsibly to accelerate content creation while maintaining human oversight and fact‑checking.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing website content and delivering measurable organic search growth.
• Excellent English writing, editing and proofreading skills with a focus on clear, persuasive American English.
• Strong project‑management and stakeholder‑collaboration abilities.
• Availability for a full‑time remote position with consistent overlap with US Eastern Time.
