Construction Project / Program Manager

About the role

The Construction Project / Program Manager leads the planning, execution, and delivery of construction and facility infrastructure projects. This role ensures safety, quality, and operational excellence while aligning projects with business objectives and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Promote a safety‑first culture and ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality requirements.
• Define project scope, objectives, budgets, schedules and resource needs.
• Lead construction activities from feasibility and design through construction, commissioning and handover.
• Manage relationships with contractors, consultants, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and execute contracting and procurement strategies.
• Monitor performance, budget, schedule, risks and quality, applying corrective actions as needed.
• Review civil, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical designs for alignment with project goals.
• Control scope, cost and schedule changes through a formal change management process.
• Oversee site planning, infrastructure requirements and construction documentation.
• Communicate project status, milestones, risks and impacts to leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Extensive experience in construction project and program management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contractor management and delivery methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and risk throughout the project lifecycle.
