Computer Technician – On‑site Support

About the role

We are seeking a Computer Technician to provide on‑site technical support for a leading organization in Tel Aviv. The role offers the chance to work with modern technologies in a stable, dynamic environment that encourages learning and career growth.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site technical assistance to end users across the organization.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues involving computers, projectors, printers, and telephones.
• Collaborate with the existing technical support team under the guidance of the Team Leader.
• Assist users and offer technical guidance during technology‑related sessions.
• Support day‑to‑day IT operations using contemporary tools and practices.

Required profile

• Basic technical knowledge or experience in troubleshooting end‑user hardware (computers, projectors, printers, telephones).
• Fundamental understanding of computer networking.
• Experience providing on‑site support to end users.
• Strong teamwork, customer‑service orientation, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proactive attitude, patience, reliability, and motivation to grow within a long‑term organization.
