אגף טכנולוגיות פותח את שעריו ומציע הזדמנות ייחודית להשתלב במרכז השירות הטכני לעובד (55).מדובר בתפקיד שירותי מרכזי בחברה אשר מאפשר חשיפה למגוון תפקידים באגף טכנולוגיות. התפקיד כולל:* מתן שירות טכני טלפוני ופרונטאלי לכלל עובדי החברה בנושא תוכנה, חומרה וציוד נלווה.* היכרות ותפעול קשת רחבה של כלים ומערכות בעולם המחשוב: מחשבי PC וניידים, טרמינלים, Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange ומערכות נוספות המשמשות את עובדי החברה.* עבודת ממשקים מול המחלקות השונות באגף: System, תקשורת ואבטחת מידע, DBA, פיתוח מערכות ליבה.שעות הפעילות של מרכז השירות הטכני לעובד בימים א'-ה' בין השעות 8:00-16:30דרישות:* ניסיון במתן שירות ללקוחות / שירות טכני – חובה* ידע והיכרות במערכות הפעלה Windows ויישומי Office – חובה* ידע וניסיון בהתקנת מחשבים אישיים וניידים והכרת חומרה - יתרון* ניסיון בעבודה עם Active Directory ו-Exchange - יתרון* תעודת הסמכה MCSE/ MCSA - יתרון*נדרשת נכונות לשעות עבודה מאומצות Show more Show less
