לחברת אלטשולר שחם דרוש/ה עו"ד לתחום מסחרי - התפקיד כולל -מתן ייעוץ משפטי שוטף לחברות בקבוצה בתחומי הגנת הפרטיות, תקשורת וטכנולוגיה.ניתוח הוראות דין ורגולציה חדשה והטמעתן בחברה.כתיבת הסכמים מסחריים בעברית ובאנגלית עם ספקים, סוכנים וכדומה, הן בארץ והן בחו"ל.עבודה מול רגולטורים שונים.דרישות התפקיד :ניסיון של 3-4 שנים כעו"דהתמחות או ניסיון בתחום שירותים פיננסים/שוק הון- יתרוןשליטה מלאה באנגלית משפטיתניסיון מוכח בעריכת חוזים מורכבים,ניהול מו"מ באנגלית והתנהלות מול בכירים.סדר וארגון ברמה גבוהה.תשומת לב לפרטים, אחריות אישית ויכולת עבודה עצמאית ובצוות.יחסי אנוש מעולים.משרה מלאה חמישה ימים בשבוע.
