CNC Quality Control Technician

About the role

The CNC Quality Control Technician ensures that all CNC‑produced components meet strict engineering specifications. Working on automatic and semi‑automatic machines, you will monitor process parameters and perform inspections to guarantee product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and adjust automatic or semi‑automatic CNC machines in a continuous production environment.
• Monitor meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, and pressures to maintain process compliance.
• Interpret engineering drawings, work orders, SOPs, and other specifications to guide production.
• Install, modify, troubleshoot, repair, and dismantle machinery according to documented procedures and blueprints.
• Perform set‑up, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies.
• Assemble mechanical units, fabricated parts, and electrical/electronic sub‑assemblies using hand tools, power tools, jigs, and fixtures.

Required profile

• Proven experience reading machining drawings and understanding dimensions and tolerances.
• Ability to use precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, comparator indicators, and various gauges.
• Experience inspecting machined items, with particular emphasis on engraved components.
• Capability to conduct dimensional and visual inspections according to drawings and documentation.
