Clinical Manager – Aesthetics Medical Devices

About the role

Lumenis is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead pre‑market and post‑market clinical activities for its Aesthetics Business Unit. The role will guide clinical requirements, drive validation studies, support regulatory submissions, and generate evidence that demonstrates the safety and performance of our solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage end‑to‑end clinical project plans, timelines, and budgets from early research through post‑market evidence generation.
• Lead pre‑clinical validation strategies and execution of clinical studies, ensuring compliance with protocols, GCP, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with R&D, product management, marketing, regulatory affairs, quality, and commercial teams.
• Provide clinical input for regulatory submissions, including rationales, evaluation reports, and development plans.
• Support marketing and commercial activities with scientific reviews, white papers, presentations, and training materials.
• Communicate project status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, biomedical engineering, medical sciences, biotechnology or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical project management within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
• Hands‑on experience in clinical trial design, execution, and post‑market evidence generation.
