Clinical Field Product Specialist

About the role

EyeControl is seeking a Clinical Field Product Specialist to implement its eye‑tracking communication system for patients who rely on augmentative and alternative communication. The role combines clinical expertise, field work, and customer interaction, supporting both home‑care and selected hospital implementations across Israel.

Key responsibilities

• Visit patients and families at home and in care facilities to implement EyeControl and train users.
• Guide patients and caregivers throughout their journey to ensure successful adoption and long‑term use.
• Customize the solution according to each patient’s clinical needs.
• Troubleshoot clinical and technical challenges in the field.
• Document activities using CRM and internal systems.
• Collaborate with Product and Clinical teams to improve user experience.
• Support product demonstrations and represent EyeControl at conferences and events.
• Participate in hospital implementations, train clinical staff, and support adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical‑related field (e.g., Nursing, Speech‑Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or another allied health profession).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of independence, initiative, and responsibility.
• Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel daily throughout Israel.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems.
