Clinical Coordination Lead

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Clinical Coordination Lead to own the end‑to‑end participant enrollment process at our Tel Aviv clinical site. You will act as the primary point of contact for study participants, ensuring a smooth journey from recruitment through study completion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full participant recruitment pipeline and maintain high enrollment targets.
• Serve as the main liaison for participants, providing a positive experience and maximizing completion rates.
• Coordinate participant activities, follow‑ups, and ongoing engagement throughout the study.
• Implement the company’s recruitment and participant‑marketing strategy on the ground.
• Maintain relationships with clinical partners to ensure a steady flow of eligible participants.
• Screen, qualify, and schedule participants, overseeing lab capacity and site operations.
• Track attendance, send reminders, and reduce no‑show rates.
• Operate and maintain CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and visibility.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead a small team of clinical coordinators, overseeing performance and daily activities.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in participant recruitment, clinical operations, or similar pipeline‑driven roles.
• Experience working with patients or participants in clinical, mental‑health, or sensitive environments.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end pipelines, scheduling, and attendance.
• Strong execution mindset with a track record of meeting enrollment targets.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to juggle multiple workflows.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience mentoring small teams is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems and workflow management.
