Clinical Consultant – Remote (Israel)

About the role

Lyra Health is seeking a Clinical Consultant to join its Israel team and deliver high‑quality telephonic counselling and case management for international workforce mental‑health clients. Working remotely from Israel, you will be the first point of contact for employees accessing Lyra’s services and ensure professional, evidence‑based care.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the initial contact for employees seeking mental‑health support.
• Provide short‑term telephone counselling and case management in line with clinical protocols.
• Document all clinical information accurately in the company database.
• Follow clinical and operational standards set by the Clinical and Operations Manager.
• Manage risk and ensure client safety throughout the counselling process.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Psychology or Social Work.
• Registration with the relevant professional body in Israel.
• Minimum two years of post‑master’s experience in counselling or case management.
• Fluency in English, Arabic and Hebrew.
• Experience in Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) is preferred.
