Clinical Applications Specialist – MICT (1‑Year Contract)

About the role

The Clinical Applications Specialist – MICT will leverage deep clinical education expertise and product knowledge of Molecular Imaging and Computed Tomography (MICT) systems to support both pre‑sales and post‑sales activities. This fixed‑term position focuses on delivering high‑quality clinical training, product demonstrations, and ensuring successful system installations for GE HealthCare customers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive on‑site and remote clinical applications training for MICT users.
• Provide technical and clinical leadership during sales cycles, showcasing product features and workflow integration.
• Support sales teams with product demos, clinical evaluations, and tailored customer presentations.
• Coordinate installation and initial training activities with Sales, Service, and Clinical Education teams.
• Monitor installations, offer ongoing education, and optimize system use to enhance user proficiency.
• Promote GE Healthcare’s MICT differentiators, including advanced imaging, AI‑driven features, and workflow innovations.
• Participate in trade shows, workshops, and customer visits delivering demos and educational sessions.
• Document training sessions and customer interactions in line with compliance protocols.
• Act as liaison between customers and internal teams to provide feedback for product improvement.

Required profile

• Degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent clinical qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in MICT imaging.
• Proven experience delivering clinical training on MICT systems (GEHC or equivalent).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Willingness to travel extensively (70–80 % of working time).
• Proficiency in English and the local language.
