Client Solution Manager – Tech & Commerce (12‑Month Contract)

About the role

The Client Solution Manager partners with Meta’s most strategic advertisers, primarily in the fashion vertical, to drive ROI‑positive marketing strategies. You will act as a trusted adviser, guiding clients through strategy, media planning, creative execution, tech integration and measurement.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, design and implement marketing solutions that deliver measurable business results.
• Develop deep vertical expertise and industry insights to inform client strategies.
• Collaborate with Client Partners and cross‑functional teams to craft data‑driven media plans, creative guidance and measurement recommendations.
• Provide dedicated account management, optimizing strategic account plans and leveraging data to create business solutions.
• Lead project management across internal teams, managing complex work streams, analytics dashboards and reporting.
• Facilitate strategic marketing conversations with clients, agencies and partners (media, creative, measurement, MarTech).
• Oversee internal account operations, including revenue delivery, media recommendations, issue troubleshooting and optimisation opportunities.
• Plan, execute, report and optimise campaigns, monitoring budget spend and delivering real‑time recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a Client Solution Manager driving solution adoption and revenue growth.
• Strong consultative sales and analytical mindset with a focus on client service.
• Commercial acumen and ability to thrive in a dynamic, team‑focused environment.
• Passion for Meta’s advertising ecosystem (Facebook, Instagram) and the broader marketing‑tech landscape.
