Business Operations Analyst

About the role

Join Slice’s fast‑growing Business Operations team as a Business Operations Analyst. You will work hands‑on with internal systems, Excel, and AI‑powered tools to support critical back‑office processes and customer onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Technical operations: QA, troubleshooting, and support for operational processes across multiple tools and interfaces.
• AI‑powered workflows: Operate and scale in‑house AI tools to improve speed and quality of onboarding and other operational tasks.
• Data & legal documents: Review, extract, clean, standardize, and validate data to ensure high‑quality inputs into the platform.
• Cross‑team collaboration: Work with Customer Success and other stakeholders to resolve data and system issues and deliver reliable outcomes.

• Organized and methodical: can juggle multiple workstreams and stakeholders without dropping balls.
