Business Development Specialist (Entry Level)

About the role

Precise is a leading provider of financial services to the legal and architecture & engineering sectors, operating in Israel, the US and the UK. The Business Development Department is expanding and seeks an entry‑level Business Development Specialist to manage leads, generate opportunities and support marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the lead system from initial contact through handoff to relevant departments after deal closure.
• Identify and lead new business opportunities, including market and competitor research in Israel and abroad.
• Develop and manage marketing campaigns and support marketing activities for the company's products.
• Collaborate regularly with onboarding teams until potential leads become active clients.
• Conduct meetings with potential clients and establish collaborations with partners and professional organizations.
• Attend professional events and forums to promote the company.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Communications or a related field (required).
• Excellent written and verbal English (required).
• Experience working with CRM systems (advantage).
• Experience or knowledge of SaaS platforms (advantage).
• Background in business development, sales or market research (advantage).
• Strong analytical capabilities, high level of organization and ability to work independently.
