Brand & Visual Designer

About the role

The5ers is seeking a Brand & Visual Designer to join its in‑house Studio team. You will help shape, evolve, and scale the company’s visual identity across a variety of touchpoints, turning strategic ideas into clear, cohesive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Translate brand identity into visual systems, assets, and comprehensive guidelines.
• Develop concepts, moodboards, and visual direction for new brand creation and existing brand evolution.
• Build and maintain design templates for Marketing, HR, and Product teams.
• Design marketing, internal communications, and digital experience materials.
• Convert business needs into cross‑functional design solutions.
• Support UX/UI and digital product work as required.
• Assist with video and motion design projects.
• Leverage AI tools to boost creative efficiency.
• Manage multiple projects independently from start to finish.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of graphic design experience with a strong focus on branding and marketing.
• Proven track record developing and maintaining brand systems.
• Experience creating brand guidelines, brand books, and scalable design templates.
• Strong understanding of typography, visual hierarchy, layout, and visual communication principles.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and capacity to manage several projects in parallel.
