טביב, מקבוצת אמיליה, היא חברה בינונית-גדולה ומבוססת בתחום איכות הסביבה, בעלת למעלה מ-30 שנות ניסיון ואלפי לקוחות. החברה נמצאת בתהליך של צמיחה והתרחבות ומציעה סביבת עבודה מקצועית ודינמית.אנו מחפשים מנהל/ת חשבונות מנוסה, אחראי/ת ועצמאי/ת להצטרפות למחלקת הכספים במשרדנו בפתח תקווה.מה כולל התפקיד?• קליטה, בדיקה ורישום חשבוניות ספקים• התאמת חשבוניות להזמנות רכש ותעודות משלוח• טיפול בתשלומים לספקים• ניהול והתאמות כרטסות ספקים• טיפול בפניות ספקים, זיכויים ובירורים• עבודה מול מחלקות רכש, לוגיסטיקה ותפעול• השתתפות בסגירות חודש ושנה• ביצוע בקרות וסיוע בהפקת דוחותדרישות התפקיד:• תעודת הנהלת חשבונות סוג 2 – חובה• שנתיים עד חמש שנות ניסיון בהנהלת חשבונות ספקים – חובה• ניסיון במערכת ERP – חובה• שליטה טובה ב-Excel – חובה• ניסיון ב-Priority – יתרון• ניסיון מול ספקים בארץ ובחו"ל – יתרון Show more Show less
