Beauty Advisor / Make‑up Artist (Retail)

About the role

As a Beauty Advisor/Make‑up Artist you will blend creative and technical expertise to deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in‑store experience. You will educate and delight customers while contributing to a high‑performing team that drives in‑store events and visual merchandising excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored makeup consultations and product recommendations.
• Deliver engaging in‑store events and demonstrations.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to differentiate the store from competitors.
• Operate retail point‑of‑sale software efficiently.
• Work flexible retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events.

Required profile

• Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience preferred; amateur level acceptable with strong creative and technical ability.
• Demonstrated ability to offer inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Eligibility to work in the country (proof required if invited to interview).
