About the role

As a Beauty Advisor and Makeup Artist you will blend creative flair with technical expertise to deliver a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in‑store experience. You will educate and delight customers while contributing to high‑impact in‑store events and maintaining top‑tier visual merchandising standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored makeup consultations and product recommendations.
• Assist with planning and executing in‑store beauty events.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards that differentiate the store from competitors.
• Operate retail point‑of‑sale software efficiently.
• Work flexible retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.

Required profile

• Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience preferred; amateur experience accepted if high creative and technical ability is demonstrated.
• Ability to deliver authentic, personalized customer service.
• Willingness to work varied retail schedules in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proof of right to live and work in the country when invited for interview.
