Art Director (Hands-On) – Fashion & Lifestyle

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Art Director with a strong eye for design and a genuine passion for fashion and lifestyle. You will shape the visual language of our campaigns, lead photoshoots, and create day‑to‑day marketing assets that resonate with current trends.

Key responsibilities

• Partner in developing creative ideas, concepts, and marketing initiatives.
• Lead the visual direction of campaigns, promotions, and photoshoots.
• Translate fashion trends, references, and inspiration into contemporary visual assets.
• Design newsletters, banners, website pages, landing pages, and digital marketing materials.
• Create marketing collateral for retail stores and points of sale.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager, eCommerce team, photographers, vendors, and external partners.
• Integrate AI tools into the creative workflow for idea development and content creation.

Required profile

• Proven experience with fashion, lifestyle, or retail brands, demonstrated through a strong portfolio.
• Track record of leading creative direction, campaigns, and visual branding.
• Ability to identify trends, work with references, and translate them into a modern visual language.
• Independent work style combined with strong teamwork and project‑leadership skills.

Required skills

• Full proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience using AI tools as part of the creative workflow.
• Video editing and motion‑graphics capabilities (advantageous).
