Architect / Architectural Engineer – Prefabricated Construction

About the role

We are seeking an Architect or Architectural Engineer to join a leading company specializing in prefabricated construction. The successful candidate will plan, design and advance building projects while ensuring compliance with online licensing procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and advance projects in the field of prefabricated construction.
• Use the Rishuy Zamin (Online Licensing) system and manage permitting processes with authorities.
• Prepare architectural plans and coordinate with consultants and other professional stakeholders.
• Manage and lead multiple projects simultaneously.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Architect or Architectural Engineer (Practical Engineer).
• Previous experience in the field is a significant advantage, but entry‑level candidates with high motivation are also welcome.
• Full proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Experience with Revit (advantage).
• Knowledge of the Rishuy Zamin online licensing system (mandatory).
• Strong interpersonal skills, high responsibility, organization, accuracy and diligence.
• Initiative, proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
