Analog HV Design Engineer

About the role

Applied Materials is seeking an experienced Analog HV Design Engineer to lead the development of high‑precision, low‑noise and high‑voltage circuits for its advanced wafer test systems. You will work within the Analog Electronics High Voltage group, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver cutting‑edge semiconductor equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle design projects from concept through production, including modeling, simulation, lab testing, debugging and system integration.
• Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, software, firmware and physics groups to ensure seamless integration of modules into the wafer test platform.
• Prepare specifications, test documents and verification reports for product releases.

Required profile

• B.Sc/M.Sc/Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with a focus on analog, power or high‑voltage circuits.
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in analog precision, low‑noise, power or high‑voltage circuit development.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken, written, read).

Required skills

• Proficiency with ORCAD design tools.
• Experience in SPICE‑based circuit simulation.
• Familiarity with electromagnetic field simulation tools such as CST (advantageous).
