Analog Design Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Analog Design Engineer to join our Analog Design team at Weebit Nano’s Hod HaSharon site. You will lead the design of high‑performance analog circuits that power our embedded ReRAM and mixed‑signal products, collaborating closely with digital, system architecture and process engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop complex analog circuits such as amplifiers, memory arrays and LDOs, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define system specifications and translate requirements into actionable designs.
• Perform simulations and analyses using Cadence Virtuoso and Siemens Solido, identifying and mitigating risks early.
• Oversee the transition of designs from prototype to production, ensuring compliance with quality and industry standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in analog circuit design with successful product launches.
• Strong knowledge of analog design principles, feedback systems and signal integrity.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both collaboratively and independently.

Required skills

• Analog circuit design expertise (amplifiers, voltage references, comparators, ADCs/DACs).
• Proficiency with Cadence Virtuoso and Siemens Solido simulation tools.
• Experience in CMOS technologies ranging from 90 nm to 16 nm.
• Ability to model circuits using Verilog‑A or SystemVerilog.
• Familiarity with sign‑off simulations (IR/EM) and layout tools.
