Amazon PPC Manager

About the role

We are a fast‑growing baby‑monitoring company that sells its products on Amazon worldwide. As the Amazon PPC Manager you will own the end‑to‑end advertising strategy across all Amazon marketplaces, handling multi‑million‑dollar media budgets and driving profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Amazon advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, DSP) across multiple marketplaces.
• Manage multi‑million‑dollar annual budgets, set ACOS/TACOS targets and allocate spend by SKU and market.
• Design account structures, conduct keyword research, harvest search terms, set bids, budgets and placement strategies.
• Analyse performance daily and weekly, diagnose root causes and produce actionable reports.
• Monitor category trends, pricing pressure, traffic and conversion metrics.
• Collaborate with listing owners, creative, operations and supply‑chain teams to align spend with inventory, pricing and promotions.
• Maintain a testing backlog, evaluate targeting, bids, placements, ad formats, creative and audience performance.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on Amazon PPC management with direct budget responsibility.
• Deep knowledge of Amazon advertising mechanics, bulk operations and reporting.
• Experience planning spend for peak events such as Prime Day, BFCM and product launches.
• Professional written and spoken English.
• Flexibility to work during major Amazon events.

• Amazon PPC platforms (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, DSP).
• Bulk operations, advertising reports, Search Query Performance, Brand Analytics.
• Tools such as Helium 10, Data Dive, Sellerboard, Perpetua, Pacvue.
• Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) and audience/query editor.
