AI Python Developer (Generative AI & Quantization)

About the role

The AI Division at Ceva is looking for a Python developer with deep expertise in AI fundamentals, large language models and generative AI architectures. You will research emerging models, focus on quantization techniques, and ensure high‑performance deployment on Ceva's edge hardware.

Key responsibilities

• Explore and plan end‑to‑end network deployment on Ceva's hardware platforms.
• Own network accuracy measurement and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop a graph‑compiler‑based, hardware‑aware quantization tool.

Required profile

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 3–4 years of professional experience as a Python developer.
• Hands‑on experience with PyTorch and evaluating common ML/AI model architectures.
• Proficiency with AI development tools and solid testing practices.
• Strong communication, self‑driven attitude and effective time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• PyTorch framework.
• Machine‑learning model evaluation and deployment.
• Quantization methods for neural networks.
• Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and HuggingFace.
