אודות התפקיד

אנו מחפשים יועץ/ת AI וטרנספורמציה שיצטרפו לצוות מוביל ויתמכו בפרויקטי ייעוץ, חדשנות ושינוי ארגוני מבוססי AI. בתפקיד תהיו מנוע ביצוע מרכזי – תעסקו בניתוח, פיתוח תוצרים והפיכת תובנות להמלצות אופרטיביות.

אחריות מרכזית

תמיכה בפרויקטי אסטרטגיה, חדשנות ו-AI.
ביצוע מחקר, ניתוחים ובנצ’מרקים והפקת תובנות.
הכנת מצגות הנהלה, מסמכים ותוצרי לקוחות.
סיוע בגיבוש Use Cases ו-Business Cases.
השתתפות בסדנאות, ראיונות ותהליכי עבודה עם לקוחות.
תמיכה בהכשרות, תהליכי הטמעה ופיתוח תוכן מקצועי.

פרופיל נדרש

2–5 שנות ניסיון בייעוץ, אנליטיקה, מוצר, טכנולוגיה או טרנספורמציה.
השכלה רלוונטית (תעו"נ, כלכלה, מנהל עסקים, מדמ"ח, דאטה).
יכולת עבודה עצמאית, למידה מהירה ואחריות אישית.

כישורים נדרשים

יכולות אנליטיות חזקות וחשיבה מובנית.
יכולת עבודה מול לקוחות ובעלי עניין.
תקשורת מצוינת והעברת מסרים מורכבים בפשטות.
זיקה לעולמות AI, דאטה וטכנולוגיה.
