AI & Business Transformation Specialist

About the role

Medison is seeking an AI & Business Transformation Specialist to lead AI‑enabled change across the organization. You will work closely with business, product, AI, and IBT teams to turn strategic priorities into concrete execution plans, adoption frameworks, and measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Drive AI and business transformation initiatives from strategy to structured execution.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to shape AI‑driven capabilities and adoption processes.
• Lead transformation governance, including planning, prioritization, dependency management, and execution rhythm.
• Translate business priorities into actionable workstreams, KPIs, ROI models, and cost considerations.
• Identify risks, gaps, and blockers, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
• Build and implement transformation processes, governance structures, and execution frameworks.
• Support senior stakeholders with clear communication, updates, and presentation materials.
• Drive cross‑functional alignment and accountability across multiple initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in business transformation, AI transformation, strategy execution, PMO, business operations, or cross‑functional program management.
• Proven experience supporting or driving AI‑related initiatives, including AI adoption, implementation, or integration into business processes.
