Accounts Receivable Associate

About the role

Candex, a fast‑growing global B2B fintech company, is looking for an Accounts Receivable Associate to join its Israel office. The role supports the company’s global payment operations by processing and reconciling customer payments across multiple banks, currencies, and entities.

Key responsibilities

• Process and review a high volume of customer payments daily.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations for multiple accounts and currencies.
• Create customer deposits and record journal entries in NetSuite.
• Communicate with customer Accounts Payable teams to resolve payment discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases and support month‑end close.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in accounts receivable, cash application, bank reconciliation, bookkeeping, or a similar financial role.
• Strong practical accounting and reconciliation skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to evolving processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• NetSuite (experience is an advantage).
