Account Manager – Mobile Advertising Operations

About the role

Thing Or Two is looking for an Account Manager to join its Mobile Advertising Operations team in Tel Aviv. You will work directly with advertisers and publishers, managing user‑acquisition campaigns and helping clients achieve growth in the mobile ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Grow and nurture existing client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
• Set up, launch, and monitor campaigns across multiple ad‑serving platforms.
• Perform daily optimization, generate performance reports, and ensure campaigns meet or exceed KPIs.
• Assist with technical integration of client data and platforms.
• Reconcile client accounts on a monthly basis and upsell additional services.
• Develop long‑term, trust‑based relationships and act as the primary point of contact for clients.

Required profile

• Fluent English speaker with strong interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working with analytical data and fast‑paced environments.
• Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a results‑driven mindset.
• Self‑motivated, punctual, and able to multitask and prioritize effectively.
