Account Manager

About the role

Bank Clearing Center Ltd. (MASAV) is seeking a motivated Account Manager to join its Revenue & Growth team. You will be the primary liaison for business customers, helping them adopt MASAV’s payment solutions and grow their usage.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with business customers and strategic accounts.
• Identify and drive upsell opportunities to increase product adoption.
• Act as a trusted advisor and main point of contact for assigned clients.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and work to continuously improve the experience.
• Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Product, Operations, and Customer Service teams.
• Support onboarding and ensure smooth transition from engagement to production.
• Maintain accurate records of customer activities in CRM systems.
• Contribute to revenue growth and customer retention initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a similar client‑facing role.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew.
• Proven track record of driving upsell and business growth.
• Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in payments, fintech, banking, or financial services is a plus.

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications.
