Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between our company and international clients. You will manage diverse accounts, work with leading brands, and travel abroad to oversee exhibition setups while delivering creative projects that meet client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
• Coordinate internal teams to execute client briefs, manage timelines, budgets, and project delivery.
• Integrate new clients, nurture existing relationships, and generate upsell opportunities.
• Provide ongoing account support and customer service.
• Travel internationally at least six times a year to oversee exhibition installations and deliveries.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management (mandatory).
• Strong client relationship management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Fluency in French or German is an advantage.
• Effective sales and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel abroad regularly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Events Management, or a related field (preferred).
